Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital design, interaction design, and web development. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites that enhance the user experience while meeting our clients' needs. This role requires a blend of technical skills and creative flair, with a focus on e-commerce, SEO, and website maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Create visually appealing graphics and layouts using Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure optimal user experience through effective information architecture and usability practices.
• Implement responsive designs using frameworks like Bootstrap and WordPress.
• Conduct user research and data analysis to inform design decisions.
• Maintain website functionality through regular updates and troubleshooting.
• Optimize websites for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and traffic.
• Develop motion graphics and animations to enhance user engagement.
• Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track website performance and user behavior.
• Collaborate with developers on front-end development tasks using Git for version control.

Experience

• Proven experience in web design or a related field with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in digital design tools such as Figma, InVision, Sketch, Balsamiq, and Adobe After Effects.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks like Angular or React is a plus.
• Understanding of web accessibility standards to create inclusive designs.
• Experience with content management systems such as Drupal or SharePoint is beneficial.
• Strong typography skills and visual design principles are essential.
