3PL LOGISTICS HEAD

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic professional to join our organization as 3PL Logistics Head. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing third-party logistics operations, optimizing supply chain efficiency, and ensuring service excellence across all logistics functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all 3PL logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies aligned with business goals to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand 3PL services and client portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
• Oversee vendor management, performance evaluation, and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Analyse and optimize logistics processes, including cost structures, workflow efficiency, and operational systems.
• Support the preparation of business proposals, pricing models, and contract negotiations.
• Prepare and manage logistics budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 08–10 years of progressive experience in logistics & Coldstore management, including 06 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record in managing third-party logistics (3PL) operations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Proficiency in logistics software and ERP systems is an advantage.
