(3rd Shift) Administrative Assistant
General Overview:
Performs administrative support work; specific duties vary with department(s) assigned. Assist the manager and other department staff by performing a variety of support duties, such as coordinating activities, conferences/meeting planning and preparing documents.
- Candidate must have the ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion.
- Candidate will make routine choices within established guidelines, with readily available supervision.
- Must have problem solving and kaizen abilities
- Prepare written correspondence; memoranda; meeting notices; agenda; weekly, monthly and quarterly reports; graphs, charts, and data tables; presentation materials; and other materials and documents in appropriate formats, using word-processing, spreadsheet, graphics, and/or desktop publishing software.
- Provide other administrative support as required to ensure the effective functioning of the department.·
Requirements:
- Must have Microsoft experience (Excel, Word, & Power Point)
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds or more on a consistent basis
