DEP LLC is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Expert with strong expertise in Organic Marketing (including SEO & Google Business Profile optimization) and Paid Advertising (Meta & Google Ads). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving high-quality leads, improving brand visibility, and optimizing marketing performance across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities1. Organic Marketing (SEO, Social Growth & GBP Optimization)
- Develop and execute organic growth strategies across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube)
- Plan and manage content calendars aligned with business goals
- Perform SEO (On-page & Off-page) including keyword research, backlinking, and technical improvements
- Optimize Google Business Profile (GBP):
- Profile setup and optimization (NAP consistency, categories, services)
- Regular posting and updates
- Review management and response strategy
- Local SEO optimization for better map rankings
- Improve engagement, reach, and follower growth organically
- Monitor and report organic traffic, rankings, and local visibility
2. Paid Advertising (Performance Marketing)
- Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Optimize campaigns for lead generation, conversions, and ROI
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copy, and targeting
- Manage ad budgets efficiently and reduce cost per lead (CPL)
- Track performance using analytics tools (Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Continuously scale campaigns based on performance insights
3. Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization
- Build and optimize sales funnels and landing pages
- Ensure high-quality lead generation aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve conversion rates
- Analyze customer journey and optimize funnel performance
4. Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
- Track KPIs such as:
- Cost per Lead (CPL)
- Conversion Rate
- ROI / ROAS
- Local search visibility (GBP insights)
- Provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
5. Collaboration & Strategy
- Coordinate with content, design, and sales teams
- Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends and platform updates
- Propose innovative strategies to improve brand visibility and revenue growth
Requirements
- 2+ years of proven experience in Digital Marketing
- Strong expertise in:
- Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- SEO (On-page & Off-page)
- Google Business Profile (GBP) optimization & local SEO
- Experience in lead generation campaigns
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in agency environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation
- Experience with local business marketing and map ranking strategies
