4 Days/ Week | Digital Marketing Expert (Organic & Paid Media Specialist) | Night Shift

DEP LLC is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Expert with strong expertise in Organic Marketing (including SEO & Google Business Profile optimization) and Paid Advertising (Meta & Google Ads). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving high-quality leads, improving brand visibility, and optimizing marketing performance across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities1. Organic Marketing (SEO, Social Growth & GBP Optimization)

  • Develop and execute organic growth strategies across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Plan and manage content calendars aligned with business goals
  • Perform SEO (On-page & Off-page) including keyword research, backlinking, and technical improvements
  • Optimize Google Business Profile (GBP):
  • Profile setup and optimization (NAP consistency, categories, services)
  • Regular posting and updates
  • Review management and response strategy
  • Local SEO optimization for better map rankings
  • Improve engagement, reach, and follower growth organically
  • Monitor and report organic traffic, rankings, and local visibility

2. Paid Advertising (Performance Marketing)

  • Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
  • Optimize campaigns for lead generation, conversions, and ROI
  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copy, and targeting
  • Manage ad budgets efficiently and reduce cost per lead (CPL)
  • Track performance using analytics tools (Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Continuously scale campaigns based on performance insights

3. Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization

  • Build and optimize sales funnels and landing pages
  • Ensure high-quality lead generation aligned with business objectives
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve conversion rates
  • Analyze customer journey and optimize funnel performance

4. Analytics & Reporting

  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Track KPIs such as:
  • Cost per Lead (CPL)
  • Conversion Rate
  • ROI / ROAS
  • Local search visibility (GBP insights)
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement

5. Collaboration & Strategy

  • Coordinate with content, design, and sales teams
  • Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends and platform updates
  • Propose innovative strategies to improve brand visibility and revenue growth

Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven experience in Digital Marketing
  • Strong expertise in:
  • Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
  • SEO (On-page & Off-page)
  • Google Business Profile (GBP) optimization & local SEO
  • Experience in lead generation campaigns
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in agency environment
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation
  • Experience with local business marketing and map ranking strategies
