About the student

• 4th grade student
• The student needs to work with a tutor for support with reading and comprehension.
• The student is in the 4th grade at Our Lady of Peace and the student has recently started having a harder time keeping up with her grade level. She failed last year so the family wants to make sure she is able to continue to the next grade.
• The goal is to build the student's overall foundation and fundamental skills when it comes to reading and reading comprehension.
• Family wants 1 hour sessions 2 times a week, from 4pm-5pm, on Tuesday and Thursday.
• Family is seeking a tutor who can meet at their home in Maumee.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates have prior experience working with elementary students.
• Ideal candidates will have prior experience teaching/tutoring elementary ELA skills.
• Willing to travel within your preferred local radius to meet the student (typically 5-10 miles)
• Due to insurance requirements, applicants must not be a minor.

Student Availability

TUE & THUR: 4:00pm-5:00pm

Pay & Benefits

• $28.00-$30.00 per hour
