5-Star F&B Roles in Luxury Hospitality

We are recruiting multiple Food and Beverage roles for our UHNW client who is based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The positions include Assistant Villa Manager, F&B Butler, Bar Tender, and F&B Attendant.

The Food & Beverage team member is responsible for delivering exceptional dining and beverage service to guests in accordance with the highest hospitality standards. This role ensures a seamless guest experience through attentive service, teamwork, and commitment to cleanliness, presentation, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
• Present menus, make recommendations, and take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring correct presentation and temperature.
• Set up, clean, and maintain dining areas, bars, and service stations according to standards.
• Maintain detailed product knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and promotions.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
• Follow hygiene, grooming, and sanitation standards in line with HACCP and Saudi food safety regulations.
• Ensure the proper handling and storage of food, beverages, and service equipment.
• Support cost control initiatives by minimising breakage, wastage, and over-portioning.
• Assist with training and mentoring new staff, ensuring consistency in service quality.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• For Supervisors/Managers: Oversee staff scheduling, daily briefings, inventory control, and revenue reporting.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or certificate in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in a 5 luxury hotel or resort.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Preferably good communication in English.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Neat personal presentation, and adherence to uniform standards at all times.
• For supervisory and managerial roles: proven leadership, team coordination, and financial acumen, 2-3 years in a same or similar position.
• Basic Salary from 8,300 SAR to 20,400 SAR per month depending on the role.
• 30-60 Days of Vacation per annum depending on the role.
• Single Room in a Shared Villa.
• 48 Hours a week (any overtime will be paid or time in lieu will be given).
• Medical Insurance.
• Annual Flight Allowance - SAR 5,000 Paid on Anniversary.
