Job title: F&B Operations Manager

Role Purpose


To oversee and optimize SEVEN's F&B in Attractions operations & typology experience, ensuring exceptional guest experiences & product delivery, efficient processes, brand strength, revenue growth and compliance while driving innovation, managing resources, and fostering a high-performing team.


Role Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational strategies for F&B offerings in alignment with SEVEN's entertainment complex objectives.
  • Manage day-to-day F&B and specific attractions operations across the entire complex F&B portfolios to ensure seamless service and high-quality guest experiences.
  • Monitor and control F&B and specific attractions financial performance, meeting revenue targets while managing costs within budget.
  • Prepare financial reports, including budget forecasts and variance analyses, for review by senior management.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for operational efficiency and cost savings across areas of responsibility.
  • Collaborate with the GM to assess future proof requirements across cinema, bowling, and golf or new F&B offerings and services.
  • Collaboration with the GM and other managers to innovate and improve F&B and specific attractions offerings, aligning with SEVEN’s entertainment experience goals.
  • Develop a quarterly F&B marketing strategy aligned with the commercial plan outlining proposed budgets and areas of focus linked to seasonal events and product drive.
  • Continuous improvements relating to all areas of responsibility within the designated operations, explore new concepts, and optimize costs to enhance guest satisfaction and efficiencies.
  • Develop and maintain scheduling systems for staff in areas of responsibility to ensure adequate coverage and smooth operations across venues.
  • Oversee procurement / supply chain needs, manage inventory control across F&B outlets via the materials control system, including non-F&B direct products, goods receiving, tracking levels, and maintaining records to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including the Attractions GM, marketing, and finance teams, for cohesive F&B and attraction operations.
  • Drive initiatives to ensure positive guest interactions and guest loyalty in creating a welcoming environment.
  • Monitor guest feedback and performance metrics, adjusting elevate the guest experience across the complex.


Role Minimum Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • HACCP PIC Mandates, Food Handlers Certification, and First Aid Basics are required.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in F&B Hospitality Brands Management or a food & beverage leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing P&L, achieving financial targets, and optimizing operational efficiency.
  • Experience in leading and developing teams, implementing food safety standards, and managing guest relations.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, with no visual or auditory impediments.
