About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Catering Manager to lead and expand a new catering concept within a fast-growing F&B organization. The ideal candidate must come from a pure catering background, preferably from large-scale operations such as airline catering, industrial catering, or major hospitality/banqueting companies.

This role is perfect for someone who has managed high-volume catering production, client relationships, logistics coordination, and end-to-end service execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Â
- Lead, plan, and manage all catering operations including menu planning, food production, logistics, delivery, and service execution.
- Oversee daily catering activities to ensure the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage large-scale catering events, corporate orders, and special functions with precision.
- Coordinate closely with kitchen, procurement, logistics, and service teams to ensure timely delivery and operational excellence.
- Develop catering strategies, pricing structures, and service packages for different client segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key accounts.
- Monitor catering budgets, costs, and profitability to achieve financial targets.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP, hygiene standards, and company policies.
- Recruit, train, and supervise catering staff and service teams.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the expansion of the catering service.

Qualifications & Experience:
Â
- Bachelorâs degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7â12 years of experience in professional catering operations.
- Mandatory experience with high-volume catering environments such as:
- Airline catering (e.g., Saudia Catering, Emirates Flight Catering, Qatar Airways Catering, etc.)
- Industrial catering
- Contract catering services
- Large hotel/banquet catering departments
- Strong knowledge of food production, menu planning, logistics, and service delivery for large groups.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Excellent communication, client-handling, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of food safety standards (HACCP, ISO, etc.).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Must be based in Saudi Arabia or have strong experience within the KSA catering market.
