Our client, a new and dynamic casual dining concept offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner, is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The restaurant features a modern Fusion Middle Eastern cuisine and a high-energy service style.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations across breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of 25 service staff and supervisors.
  • Ensure outstanding guest experience through consistent service excellence.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to maintain smooth coordination between kitchen and service.
  • Implement and enforce operational standards, SOPs, and company policies.
  • Manage staff scheduling, training, performance, and development.
  • Monitor quality of food, service, cleanliness, and ambiance.
  • Handle customer feedback, resolve issues, and maintain strong guest relations.
  • Oversee inventory, ordering, supplier relations, and cost control.
  • Drive revenue growth through upselling, promotions, and effective floor management.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and local municipality regulations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a busy casual or premium-casual dining environment.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and team-management skills.
  • Solid background working in Saudi Arabia or the GCC preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations, financials, and cost control.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Familiarity with Fusion or Middle Eastern cuisine concepts is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼12,000.00 - ﷼15,000.00 per month
