Overview

Bostani is seeking motivated and ambitious salespeople to join its team.

The salesperson will play a pivotal role in achieving sales goals and providing excellent customer service through direct interaction with customers, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities

Welcome customers and provide assistance in a friendly and professional manner.

Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate products.

Achieve individual and team sales goals.

Fully familiar with Bostani products and services.

Complete sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

Contribute to creating a positive and welcoming work environment.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.

Assist in displaying products and organizing inventory.

Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Required Qualifications

Previous experience in retail sales is preferred. (But not a requirement)

Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to deal with others

Customer service orientation and a commitment to customer satisfaction

Ability to work independently or within a team

Proficiency in basic math, reading, and writing

Adaptive and willing to learn

Passion for sales and achieving goals
