Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related fields.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial analysis, pricing, finance or business development roles.
Prior exposure to the defense industry.

Develop financial models to evaluate risks, opportunities and returns.
Preform market benchmarking to assess supply, demand and competitor pricing trends.
Negotiation
Lead price negotiations with suppliers and partners to secure favorable terms.
Prepare negotiation briefs and terms summaries to support decision making and negotiation strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams (BD, Finance and Operations) to align pricing and commercial strategies with business objectives. Market Intelligence & Strategy
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify commercial opportunities, pricing trends, and potential risks impacting contracts and revenue streams.
Gather, analyze, and interpret market data, industry reports, and customer insights to support commercial strategies and contract negotiations.
Monitor competitor activities, market movements. And regulatory changes to provide timely intelligence to the Commercial and Contracts manager.
Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize pricing models, contract terms, and go-to-market strategies.
Prepare presentations and strategic briefs for senior management to facilitate contract review, bids, and commercial proposals.
