We are looking for a Lead of Procurement to oversee and manage all procurement activities for a CO2 Sequestration Project . This role is crucial in ensuring procurement and materials management programs meet project needs, comply with policies, and support timely and cost-effective execution.

Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement activities, including preparation of ITT packages, tender evaluations, and administration of agreements.
• Develop and implement robust procurement plans and procedures aligned with project goals and objectives.
• Oversee contractor procurement activities, ensuring compliance with approved processes and contract requirements.
• Coordinate procurement schedules to align with the project’s construction timelines and delivery milestones.
• Facilitate spare parts management, ensuring materials and equipment are delivered on time and to specification.
• Collaborate with internal teams and contractors to address procurement issues and ensure smooth execution.
• Support subcontract administration and ensure ethical business practices in all procurement activities.

Requirements:

🎓 Qualifications:

• Diploma in Procurement or equivalent certifications.
• Relevant training or certifications in procurement best practices.

🌍 Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in procurement and contracts management, particularly in the oil and gas sector.
• Strong understanding of procurement markets, key vendors, and best practices.

💼 Skills:

• Expertise in procurement planning, contractor management, and supplier evaluation.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic project environment.
