Quantity Surveyor
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and contract documentation in line with project requirements.
- Monitor project costs, identify variations, and handle claims to ensure accurate financial tracking.
- Support the project team with tender evaluation, cost control, and budget management.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and industry standards.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams for accurate quantity take-offs and cost reporting.
- Proven experience (9–10 years) as a Mechanical Quantity Surveyor, preferably in Oil & Gas projects.
- Strong knowledge of contract management, cost control, and project estimation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and quantity surveying software/tools.

Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.Qualification: B.Tech/Diploma – Mechanical
