Team Leader (Digital Platform)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team, ensuring daily targets and KPIs are met.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Implement and improve processes to enhance productivity and quality.
• Resolve issues escalated by team members and provide timely solutions.
• Maintain reporting and documentation of team activities.
   

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a team leader or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of digital platforms and online operations.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Graduate (any discipline).
