Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to company policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Oversee cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy in transactions and financial reporting.
• Train and develop staff in food production techniques, customer service skills, and operational procedures.
• Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the food service environment.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive atmosphere that encourages teamwork and productivity.

Experience

• Proven experience in the food industry, particularly in food management or related roles.
• Strong supervisory skills with a track record of effectively managing teams.
• Experience in cash handling and financial management within a retail or food service context.
• Familiarity with bartending practices is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on customer service.
• Ability to train staff effectively, fostering their growth within the organization.

Pay: $14.50 - $16.00 per hour
