Job Title: 7.5 Tonne Vehicle Driver

Location: Fullbrook Nursery / Boultons Sites (nationwide travel required)

Reports to: Despatch Manager

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (hours vary and will include early starts; flexibility required)

Leave Entitlement: 23 days annual leave plus Public Holidays

Purpose of the Role

The 7.5 Tonne Vehicle Driver is responsible for the safe, efficient, and timely delivery of plants and associated products to customers across the UK. The role plays a key part in maintaining the company’s reputation for quality, reliability, and customer service.

The role will involve driving a 7.5 tonne vehicle as the primary vehicle, with flexibility to operate other company vehicles where required.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver customer orders nationwide on time and in excellent condition
• Safely load and unload vehicles
• Follow pre-planned delivery routes and schedules
• Maintain professional customer interactions
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and maintain records
• Adhere to Health & Safety and compliance procedures
• Support wider team operations when required

Skills & Experience

• Previous delivery driving experience
• Full UK driving licence (C1 / 7.5 tonne required)
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling

Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
