A rapidly growing company is looking for a highly effective Bilingual-Spanish HR Travel Recruiter with experience in providing Recruiting and Onboarding support to multiple stakeholders in the field. This position offers excellent opportunities to join our growing Human Resources team. The area of coverage includes, but not limited to, the city of Houston and surrounding areas. Travel to out of state on and Canada is required.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Role consists of HR Administration, providing support to all employees from the front lines to management, and fostering a Safety culture, including but not limited to the following:

  • Providing overall daily onboarding, recruiting and safety support to field managers and employees assigned to your region
  • Extensive recruiting online and within community of job locations
  • Hiring and Onboarding, process I-9s, process background checks and perform drug screens
  • Process payroll changes, time off requests, and terminations
  • Assists with special projects and other duties as assigned
  • Deliver training in English and Spanish
  • Some travel outside of state and country may be required

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Qualified candidates should possess the following:

  • Bilingual-Spanish communication skills required
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent HR experience or HR certification
  • Excellent English and Spanish verbal and written communication skills (i.e. reports, business correspondence, procedure manuals, and/or presentations)
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of employee related matters
  • Solid analytical, planning, and organizational skills
  • Ability to deal calmly and effectively with supervisors/leadership, management and associates
  • Ability to travel domestically as needed
