INVITATION FOR EMPANELMENT / ENGAGEMENT OF CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT FIRMS

Pradhan Industries, a leading manufacturing and mining-linked organisation with multi-unit operations, invites experienced Chartered Accountant Firms to express interest for audit and analysis assignments across our operations.

We are looking to empanel or engage competent, ethical, and hands-on CA Firms with strong practical exposure in industrial, manufacturing, mining, or process-based environments.

Scope of Work

The engagement will broadly cover the following three areas. Firms may apply for one or more parts, based on expertise.

PART A – STATUTORY FINANCIAL AUDIT

Scope includes but is not limited to:

• Statutory audit of books of accounts and financial statements
• Verification of assets, liabilities, income, and expenditure
• Trial balance finalisation and year-end adjustments
• Statutory compliances including Income Tax, GST, TDS, PF, PT
• Preparation and filing of income tax returns
• Audit reporting and handover of signed financial statements

PART B – INTERNAL AUDIT AND OPERATIONAL REVIEW

Scope includes but is not limited to:

• Internal audit of Accounts, Finance, Purchase, Sales, Production, Stores, and Commercial functions
• Verification of internal controls, policies, and procedures
• Compliance review and risk identification
• Cost control, fraud prevention, and process improvement review
• Preparation of internal audit reports with actionable recommendations
• Support to management through MIS and analytical inputs

PART C – COST AND PERFORMANCE AUDIT / ANALYSIS

Scope includes but is not limited to:

• Cost center identification and cost tracking
• Grade-wise product costing and profitability analysis
• Extraction cost, process cost, and indirect cost analysis
• Cost allocation, apportionment, and cost sheet preparation
• Break-even analysis, variance analysis, and cost optimization
• Performance analysis to support pricing and margin improvement

Eligibility Criteria

• Firm of Chartered Accountants with valid registration
• Experience in manufacturing, mining, processing, or industrial sectors preferred
• Strong understanding of statutory, internal, and cost audit practices
• Ability to deploy qualified staff for field-level verification
• Commitment to timelines, accuracy, and professional integrity

Engagement Model

• Assignment may be part-wise or combined, depending on firm capability
• Engagement can be retainer-based or assignment-based
• Scope will be finalized through mutual discussion
