A Junior/Senior Quantitative Analyst

A Junior/Senior Quantitative Analyst in Crypto Treasury supports pricing, execution, liquidity analysis, and basic risk monitoring across crypto markets while working with senior team members on data-driven trading and treasury systems.

Responsibilities:

●     Be a part of a team that enables data driven solutions

●     Develop, implement, and maintain quantitative models to support digital asset treasury activities, including pricing, valuation, and risk management of spot and derivatives

●     Design execution and pricing models to support best-execution objectives across multiple venues and liquidity providers.

●     Help to build liquidity analytics to assess market depth, spread dynamics, slippage, and order-book behavior.

●     Quantify and monitor market, liquidity, counterparty, and basis risk arising from crypto trading and treasury positions.

●     Support the development of intraday liquidity and cash-flow models under volatile market conditions.

●     Collect and understand business objectives, data requirements and transform them into valuable insights and analytical solutions

●     Manage treasury front-office and middle-office processes

●     Monitor developments in crypto markets, DeFi, macroeconomic factors, and regulatory trends.

●     Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate quantitative models into electronic trading and treasury systems.

●     Design monitoring and alerting for model behavior, risk thresholds, and liquidity anomalies.

●     Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related quantitative fields.

●     Strong Python skills; experience with Rust/C++ is a plus.

●     Understanding of crypto market microstructure, spot and derivatives markets.

●     Experience with market data analysis, APIs, and order-book data.

●     Strong analytical mindset and ability to work in fast-moving, real-time environments.

●     3+ year of hands-on experience
