SUMMARY
Using the SAP system the coordinator will generate, publish and complete all data entry needed for all Inventory reconciliation reporting. Maintain high internal customer service by answering emails, phone calls and all verbal requested linked to inventory and material accuracies. Assist in root cause analysis for discrepancies and assist in correcting them. Perform all duties pertaining to audits, cycle counts and research analysis.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
(Other duties may be assigned).
  • Review, research, analyze and reconcile discrepancies for daily reports.
  • Prepares monthly reports and conducts monthly inventory accuracy meeting.
  • Performing daily cycle counts and audits as needed.
  • Data entry for all daily, monthly and yearly reports.
  • Making systemic correction is SAP as needed.
  • Review, research, analyze and reconcile discrepancies with systemic and physical HOSPITAL items.
  • Maintain packaging master excel file, tracking inventory levels, schedule releases with suppliers, generate purchase orders as needed and cycle count packaging parts on a regular basis.
  • Assist in completing adjustments and maintenance of inventory levels for packaging items (cartons, labels, inserts, polybags, etc)
  • Work closely with 3rd part logistics services for all cycle counting activities, transfers of product between the facilities and providing needed supplies.
  • Maintain the stock status in SAP with holds or blocks.
  • Complete all filing of documents as required by quality standards.
  • Prepares monthly reports and conducts monthly inventory accuracy meeting.
  • Provide direction to temporary employees as needed
  • Do any special projects assigned.
  • Fills in for any absences in the department.
  • Cross trained in all duties of the Inventory Coordinator’s positions.
  • Daily monitoring for customer discrepancies, difference analyzer and stock checks.
  • Monitor on hand stock levels between PRD, PEW and Logbase. Reviewing, researching, analyzing and reconciling all errors daily.
  • Coordinate with group leaders, SAP Coordinators, and Production Control to investigate problem part numbers and storage locations.
  • Assist other departments by investigating and troubleshooting any concerns they cannot solve.

  • Must be proficient in spreadsheet (Excel), processing (Word), and presentation (Power point) software.
  • Must be willing to work in warehouse environment and trained to operate all job required devices and machinery.
  • Self-starter, dedicated, and detail-oriented individual.
  • Ability to organize multiple tasks while maintaining control of own and department’s workloads. Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work effectively with others and coordinate projects within the department.
  • PIT Equipment certified, minimum of the Stock Picker, Reach Truck and other equipment are a plus.
  • Communicates well with applicable parties

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
  • Must have high school education. 1-3 years office experience, preferably in Inventory Control and materials management.
  • Computer classes/proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP and ability to work on other computer programs.
  • Must have very good organizational skills, customer interaction skills, and ability to multi-task.
  • Must be able to deal with a great deal of numerical data with accuracy.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents. Ability to present and interpret inventory reports to management staff on a monthly basis.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to complete basic math calculations.

REASONING ABILITY
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form. Good analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills.
