ABA - Program Supervisor

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic ABA Program Supervisor to lead and oversee behavioral therapy programs for individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Responsibilities

  • Supervise and mentor a team of behavior technicians and therapists, ensuring adherence to treatment plans and best practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA).
  • Oversee the implementation of individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments.
  • Conduct regular data collection and analysis to monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including medical professionals and educators, to coordinate patient care and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Lead intake assessments for new clients, establishing treatment goals aligned with each individual’s needs.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation, behavioral records, and progress notes in accordance with legal and organizational standards.
  • Provide training on behavioral therapy techniques, medical terminology, and data collection methods to staff members.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with children or individuals with disabilities, especially those diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral health principles, and special education strategies.
  • Ability to perform patient assessments, conduct diagnostic evaluations, and interpret medical records effectively.
  • Familiarity with medical documentation procedures, HIPAA compliance, and medical terminology relevant to behavioral health settings.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a team of therapists and staff members.
  • Exceptional organizational skills for managing data collection processes and maintaining detailed records.
  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, special education, social work or related field; advanced certifications or licenses in behavior analysis are preferred. Pay: $70,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
