ABA Supervisor

MyChamps is inviting applications for the position of ABA Supervisor to join our multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)

* Develop and oversee individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

* Implement evidence-based ABA strategies

* Supervise and train ABA Department staff

* Monitor client progress through data analysis

* Collaborate with parents, school and multidisciplinary teams

* Ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards

Requirements:

- Preferably from Psychology / Special Education Background

- BCaBA / QBA certification (mandatory)
