Responsibilities
· Candidate Sourcing:
· Proactively identify and engage candidates through a wide array of channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and behavioral health organizations.
· This involves a high level of outbound activity to achieve a volume of candidates coming into the Company’s talent pipelines.
· Create and post job ads to attract a high volume of candidates for a growing company.
· If local to our serviced regions, attend job fairs and university events to engage candidates from these channels.
· Screening/Interviewing: Conduct initial candidate screenings for clinical skills, experience, and motivation for moving to a new employer and relay the information to recruiting staff.
· Onboarding: Request, collect, and track vital clearances needed for candidates to do initial Orientation.
· Networking: Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, professional associations, and industry contacts to establish a pipeline of qualified candidates, consistently maintaining that pipeline for active talent.
· Collaboration: Work closely with Recruiting staff and the Human Resources Department to understand the Company’s staffing needs and implement a high-volume candidate outreach approach to meet staffing goals.
· Market Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices to enhance recruitment strategies and attract top talent.
· Hiring Compliance: Adhere to EOE compliant hiring practices.
Qualifications
· Talent sourcing experience for Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) roles highly desired.
· Talent sourcing experience highly desired or other relative experience such as high volume sales, lead generation, etc. desired.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring teams.
· Experienced in recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Handshake, Facebook, Social Media, etc.) a plus.
· Proven ability to manage high volume deliverables and multiple priorities to meet deadlines.

Work Environment
This role requires heavy computer work and requires the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing – including frequent talking, hearing, writing, typing, reading, and significant comprehension. The employee frequently is also required to sit, stand, walk, use hands, and reach with arms/hands. Regular and consistent attendance required. Ability to work well under stress and managing workload of multiple priorities.
