Abaya Retails Sales Associate

We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Abu Dhabi Branch

The ROLE: The ideal candidate should have local or in GCC a female fashion experience with excellent communication and customer service skills and be passionate about fashion.

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, increasing sales, and maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the store.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide them with an exceptional shopping experience
• Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations
• Maintain knowledge of product, current sales and promotions
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently (POS)
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Participate in inventory management, stock replenishment and follow sops and guidelines.
• Communicate with management regarding customer feedback and product requests

Skills

• Experience in GCC Ladies Fashion/Clothing Retail (Mandatory): 3-5 years
• Abaya Retail experience: 1-2 years (Preferred)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Upselling and Cross selling skills
• Passion for fashion and style
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts (Mall Shifts) including weekends and holidays
• Willing to support across different branches if needed
• Must be based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate
• Languages:

Fluent in Arabic
