Role Description

The ABC Manager – Operations is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the ABC (Animal Birth Control) Department.

This role ensures smooth execution of programs through effective project coordination, logistical planning, resource management, and stakeholder collaboration. The ABC Manager will play a key role in optimizing operational efficiency, monitoring program outcomes, managing budgets, and implementing strategic initiatives aligned with the organization’s mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the ABC department and field programs
  • Coordinate sterilization, vaccination, and post-operative care activities
  • Manage team deployment, logistics, and resource allocation
  • Monitor program performance and prepare operational reports
  • Ensure compliance with animal welfare regulations and internal protocols
  • Collaborate with government authorities, veterinary teams, and partners
  • Manage budgets and operational planning for ABC initiatives
  • Drive continuous improvement in operational processes

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong proficiency in operations management, logistics, and resource planning
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities
  • Experience in budget management, strategic planning, and program monitoring
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Knowledge of social welfare sectors (animal welfare, environment, education, empowerment, disaster management) is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • Prior experience in non-profit or social impact organizations highly preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
