Activeacross Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, and Andhra Pradesh, our missionis to create a better world for all living beings.Key Responsibilities:&#61623; Handle all legal matters related to environmental laws and The Prevention of Crueltyto Animals Act.&#61623; Manage litigation and coordinate with senior counsels for filing PILs in various courts.&#61623; Oversee all ongoing legal cases under multiple legislations and jurisdictions.&#61623; Handle police station matters and liaise with law enforcement when required.&#61623; Provide legal counsel on topics such as labour laws, corporate affairs, partnerships,and risk management.&#61623; Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents to protect theorganization&rsquo;s interests.&#61623; Ensure compliance with statutory laws, corporate governance, and internal policies.&#61623; Monitor changes in laws and advise management accordingly.&#61623; File all statutory returns and maintain records with Registrar of Companies.Required Qualifications &amp; Skills:&#61623; Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB); Master&rsquo;s or Business Law certification preferred.&#61623; Minimum 3 to 5 years of legal experience, preferably in NGOs, corporates, or law firms.&#61623; Strong understanding of corporate, environmental, and labour laws.&#61623; Proven experience in handling litigation and external legal communications.&#61623; Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.&#61623; High ethical standards, sound judgment, and decision-making abilities.Preferred Qualities:&#61623; Ability to work under pressure and manage complex legal issues.&#61623; Familiarity with NGO operational models and multi-stakeholder environments.&#61623; Experience in managing regulatory compliance and internal legal audits.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: Up to &#8377;600,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Commuter assistance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
