Legal Advisor + Public Relation Officer

Location: Mulund west + PAN India (Extensive Travel Required)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Legal Advisor to handle litigation, legal advisory, and mandatory public relations activities across multiple states. The role requires strong exposure to court proceedings, police station matters, environmental laws, criminal cases, and continuous coordination with government authorities and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle litigation matters across courts, including inter-state cases
• Draft, review, and manage legal contracts and agreements
• Manage criminal cases and related legal proceedings
• Handle police station matters, complaints, and follow-ups
• Provide legal advisory on environmental laws and compliance
• Mandatory support for public relations activities, including coordination with government authorities, police departments, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders
• Represent the organization in meetings, hearings, and official interactions
• Coordinate with external legal counsels
• Travel extensively across India for hearings, meetings, and legal & PR matters

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a Legal Advisor / Advocate
• Strong litigation and criminal law experience
• Proven experience handling police station matters
• Sound knowledge of environmental laws
• Experience handling cases outside Maharashtra preferred
• Strong communication and public dealing skills
• Willingness to travel extensively across India

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
