Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Tendering / Bid Management Executive who will be responsible for end-to-end tender and bid management activities, including identification, preparation, submission, participation in pre-bid meetings, and follow-up of tenders/bids across government, PSU, CSR, and private sector opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and track relevant tenders, RFPs, RFQs, EOIs from government portals, CSR portals, and private platforms.
- Study tender documents thoroughly and prepare technical and financial bid documentation.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings, represent the organization professionally, raise clarifications, and gather necessary information before bid submission.
- Prepare and submit pre-bid queries and ensure timely follow-up on responses.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Finance, Legal, Operations, Programs) for data, approvals, and compliance documents.
- Ensure timely submission of bids as per tender guidelines and deadlines.
- Prepare and maintain tender MIS, trackers, and documentation records.
- Monitor tender results and manage post-submission follow-ups.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, legal, and eligibility requirements.
- Assist in contract finalization, MoUs, and smooth handover to execution teams after award.
- Maintain a database of past tenders, success ratios, and key learnings for continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or related field.
- 2–6 years of experience in Tendering / Bid Management (Government / CSR / NGO preferred).
- Mandatory experience in attending and handling pre-bid meetings.
- Strong knowledge of GeM portal, e-procurement portals, and tender documentation.
- Good understanding of technical and commercial bid preparation.
- Excellent coordination, documentation, and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under strict deadlines and manage multiple bids simultaneously.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in NGO, CSR projects, infrastructure, healthcare, education, or social sector tenders.
- Familiarity with compliance requirements, MoUs, and contract documentation.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
