Position Summary

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking ambitious and client-focused Real Estate Agents to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for guiding clients through property transactions, building strong relationships, and contributing to the company’s continued success.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in property sales, purchases, and rentals
• Provide expert advice on market conditions, property values, and investment opportunities
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate terms with buyers, sellers, and tenants
• Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other documentation
• Stay informed about Abu Dhabi’s real estate laws, regulations, and market trends
• Build and maintain a portfolio of clients through networking and referrals
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet and exceed sales targets

Qualifications

• Previous experience in real estate sales or a related field
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s real estate market preferred
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Multilingual skills (English required; Arabic or other languages are a plus)
