Job Title: AC Helper

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Description:

The AC Helper assists AC Technicians in installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems. The role supports preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure proper operation of HVAC systems in residential, commercial, or retail properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in installation of split AC, window AC, ducted split units, and package units.

Support AC technician during preventive maintenance (cleaning filters, coils, drain lines, etc.).

Help in dismantling and fixing AC components.

Carry tools, materials, and equipment to work areas.

Clean work areas after completion of maintenance or repair.

Assist in gas charging and checking refrigerant leakage.

Support troubleshooting works as instructed by technician.

Follow safety procedures and company policies.

Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of air conditioning systems.

Ability to use basic hand tools.

Physically fit and able to work at heights when required.

Minimum 1–2 years experience in facility management or maintenance field preferred.

Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.

Basic understanding of safety procedures.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: From AED 1,300 per month (negotiable) as per the applicant’s assessment.

Benefits: As per UAE law, Visa, medical insurance, annual leave, accommodation, transportation (Provided).
