A/C + MEP Technician

Position Overview:
A skilled technician responsible for installing, maintaining, and fixing Air Conditioning (AC) systems, as well as handling basic Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) tasks in homes and businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Air Conditioning (HVAC) Work:

• Install, service, and repair AC systems, including split units, window units, and ductwork.
• Perform maintenance like cleaning coils, changing filters, and checking refrigerant levels.
• Troubleshoot and fix electrical and mechanical AC problems.

2. Basic Plumbing Works:

• Install and repair common plumbing fixtures (faucets, toilets, showers).
• Perform PPR pipe fitting, cutting, and jointing for water lines.
• Install and service water heaters (geysers/instant heaters).

3. Basic Electrical Works:

• Replace and troubleshoot common electrical components like DB box circuit breakers, switches, sockets, and light fixtures.
• Perform wiring for AC units and basic appliance connections.
• Replace home bulbs, fans, and basic lighting.

4. General Duties:

• Follow safety rules and building codes for all work.
• Provide clear explanations to customers about problems and fixes.
• Keep tools and work areas clean and organized.
• Complete job reports and track parts used.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
