Job Title: AC Technician (Installation & Maintenance)
Location: DaTo TECH, Industrial Area 2, Street No. 18, Sharjah, UAE

Job Summary:

DaTo is seeking a skilled and dedicated AC Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial air conditioning systems. This role involves visiting client sites, diagnosing system issues, and ensuring that AC units are installed and functioning efficiently according to safety and manufacturer standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to customer locations across the UAE to perform installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of air conditioning systems.
• Install, inspect, and service various types of AC units, central units, and ducted systems.
• Identify mechanical and electrical faults and carry out appropriate repairs.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines during installation and servicing.
• Handle tools, refrigerants, and diagnostic equipment professionally and safely.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and report job completion status to the supervisor.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries and ensuring satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an AC Technician or in a similar HVAC role.
• Strong knowledge of AC systems and installation procedures.
• Ability to read technical manuals and electrical diagrams.
• Familiarity with refrigerant handling procedures and HVAC tools.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
