Elevator installation and maintenance technician

Role Highlights for maintenance:

The Elevator Maintenance Technician will be responsible for:Performing routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on elevators and escalators.Diagnosing malfunctions and carrying out necessary repairs to ensure safe and efficient operation.Responding promptly to emergency service requests and troubleshooting technical issues.Replacing faulty parts and conducting tests to ensure proper functionality.Maintaining detailed maintenance records and logs.

Role highlights for installation:The Elevator Technician – Erection & Commissioning is responsible for the installation, alignment, wiring, testing, and commissioning of elevators, escalators, and vertical transportation systems at project sites. The technician ensures all activities are carried out in accordance with manufacturer specifications, safety regulations, and project timelines.
