What You’ll Do

• Drive growth of the existing elevator and escalator portfolio through customer acquisition, retention, and modernization projects.
• Oversee day-to-day service operations, ensuring timely and efficient execution of maintenance, repairs, and service calls.
• Manage the modernization business lifecycle – from bidding and project planning to execution and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement pricing and revenue strategies to achieve profitability targets.
• Lead and mentor a team of sales staff, service engineers, and technicians, fostering a culture of performance and collaboration.
• Continuously improve business processes, adopt new technologies (CMMS, CRM), and enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, industry regulations, and company quality requirements.

Who You Are

• A seasoned leader with 10+ years of experience in the elevator and escalator industry , with proven success in managing existing installations.
• Skilled in business development and customer relationship management , with a track record of driving revenue growth.
• Strong technical understanding of elevator/escalator systems, maintenance practices, and safety regulations.
• Adept at leading diverse teams , coaching employees, and building a high-performance work culture.
• Analytical and strategic thinker, capable of market analysis, problem-solving, and process optimization.
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in ERP/CRM tools.
• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in engineering (required); MBA or advanced business degree preferred .
