AC Technician

The AC Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning and refrigeration systems within commercial, residential, and facility buildings. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills to ensure optimal system performance and comfort levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular preventive maintenance, inspection, and servicing of HVAC systems and related equipment.
• Diagnose and repair faults in air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration systems.
• Install, test, and commission AC units and related controls.
• Ensure all maintenance work is performed in accordance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements or replacements when necessary.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and breakdowns in a professional manner.
• Maintain accurate service records and report any major issues to the supervisor or maintenance engineer.
• Support other maintenance activities when required as part of the facility management team.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, or Mechanical Maintenance.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in building maintenance or facility management.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and controls.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and service manuals.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be currently available in Qatar with valid transferable visa and QID (preferred).
