Job Description

We are looking for a skilled AC Technician to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in both DX (Direct Expansion) and Chilled Water Systems, with strong troubleshooting and servicing abilities. You should be able to work independently, follow safety standards, and ensure top-quality work for all HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and service various air conditioning systems, including:

• Split, Package, VRF/VRV, Ducted, and Cassette units

• Centralized chilled water systems, AHUs (Air Handling Units), and FCUs (Fan Coil Units)

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems.

• Diagnose and repair compressor, evaporator, expansion valve, and control-related issues.

• Safely and legally handle refrigerants (R-22, R-410A, R-134a, R-32).

• Read and interpret HVAC schematics, wiring diagrams, and piping layouts.

• Conduct system testing, airflow balancing, and temperature calibration.

• Maintain service logs and documentation accurately.

• (Bonus) Understand and work with Building Management Systems (BMS).

Requirements

• Technical Diploma or ITI Certificate in HVAC, Refrigeration, or Mechanical field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience as an AC Technician (UAE or GCC experience preferred).

• Skilled in refrigerant-based and chilled water systems.

• Ability to use HVAC tools, gauges, and diagnostic instruments.

• Basic understanding of HVAC electrical and control systems.

• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
