Pipe Fitter

Read and interpret HVAC drawings, piping schematics, and isometric diagrams.

Measure, cut, thread, groove, and fit MS and GI pipes according to design specifications.

Assemble and install chilled water pipelines including valves, strainers, flanges, unions, supports, and hangers.

Carry out grooving, threading, or welding (if certified) for MS and GI pipe connections.

Conduct pressure testing and leak checks on chilled water lines.

Install necessary fittings such as elbows, tees, reducers, and flexible connectors.

Ensure pipe alignment, gradient, and proper support installation.

Coordinate with other trades to avoid clashes and maintain installation sequence.

Perform pipe insulation preparation (coordinate with insulation team).

Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe and proper condition.

Follow all HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) rules and site safety requirements.

Report any material shortage, damage, or deviation from drawings to the supervisor.
