Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Multi Technician to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience across multiple trades including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth operation, safety, and upkeep of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance across electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Diagnose and repair faults in HVAC systems, lighting, and building infrastructure.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections to minimize downtime.
- Respond promptly to service requests and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Collaborate with other technicians and departments to complete tasks.
- Assist in facility upgrades, renovations, and equipment installations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or technical certification in a relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in multi-trade maintenance or facilities management.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulatory standards.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or on-call as needed.
Preferred Skills
- Certification in electrical or HVAC systems.
- Experience in BMS (Building Management Systems).
- Basic computer skills for maintenance reporting.
