Multi Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Multi Technician to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience across multiple trades including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth operation, safety, and upkeep of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance across electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Diagnose and repair faults in HVAC systems, lighting, and building infrastructure.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections to minimize downtime.
• Respond promptly to service requests and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Collaborate with other technicians and departments to complete tasks.
• Assist in facility upgrades, renovations, and equipment installations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical certification in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in multi-trade maintenance or facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and regulatory standards.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or on-call as needed.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in electrical or HVAC systems.
• Experience in BMS (Building Management Systems).
• Basic computer skills for maintenance reporting.
