Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and organized Fleet Supervisor to oversee and manage our fleet of delivery bikes and riders across all MedX Pharmacy branches. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient scheduling, smooth coordination between branches, and timely resolution of all fleet-related matters while maintaining strong support and communication with the rider team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all bike riders across branches, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with company standards.
• Prepare and manage duty rosters, weekly offs, and leave schedules for riders.
• Assign and reassign riders to branches based on operational needs and rider availability.
• Monitor rider attendance, performance, and delivery timelines.
• Oversee all bike-related activities, including registration, maintenance, servicing, insurance renewals, and accident handling.
• Coordinate with workshop and service providers for timely maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain records of all vehicle documents, renewals, and service history.
• Support and guide riders in resolving day-to-day operational challenges, ensuring safety and adherence to traffic and delivery protocols.
• Assist management in optimizing fleet operations and implementing process improvements.
• Prepare daily and monthly fleet performance reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in fleet supervision, logistics, or delivery operations (preferably in a retail pharmacy).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle time-sensitive situations and make sound operational decisions.
• Familiarity with UAE traffic regulations and RTA procedures is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets for scheduling and reporting.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory).
