Key Responsibilities (What You'll Do)
* Manage Vehicle Maintenance: Schedule and oversee all services, repairs, and vendor contracts to minimize vehicle downtime.
* Ensure Compliance: Guarantee all vehicles, drivers, and operations strictly adhere to RTA and UAE regulations.
* Optimize Operations: Plan efficient routes and schedules using GPS/FMS to reduce costs (especially fuel) and improve service delivery.
* Driver Supervision: Coordinate daily driver schedules, monitor performance, and enforce safety and compliance standards.
* Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records for licensing, registration, insurance, and maintenance history.
Essential Requirements
* 7-10 years of solid, proven experience in a Fleet/Logistics Coordination role, ideally in the UAE.
* Strong knowledge of UAE traffic laws and vehicle maintenance cycles.
* Proficiency with Fleet Management Software (FMS) and GPS tracking systems.
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
