Operations Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Operations Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the Yay App Portal Drive, ensuring smooth coordination between drivers, customers, and partner companies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in rent-a-car or limousine operations, possess strong organizational skills, and demonstrate leadership in managing fleet activities, staff performance, and customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the Yay App driver and vehicle fleet.
• Coordinate driver schedules, vehicle assignments, and trip management through the Yay App system.
• Monitor app performance, trip reports, and customer feedback to ensure service excellence.
• Ensure all vehicles meet company safety, cleanliness, and maintenance standards.
• Manage driver onboarding, training, and compliance with company policies and local transport regulations.
• Support in resolving customer complaints, operational issues, and escalations promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of fleet utilization, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.
• Collaborate with the IT and customer service teams to enhance the Yay App’s operational efficiency.
• Prepare periodic operational reports and performance analyses for management review.
• Ensure adherence to legal, safety, and company standards across all operational activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in rent-a-car, limousine, or transport operations.
• Strong knowledge of UAE transport regulations and fleet management practices.
• Experience with driver management and digital platforms (such as ride-hailing or booking apps).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data reporting tools.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
