AC Technician

· Break down Job cards to be attended.

· Regular reactive and preventive maintenance work on air conditioning unit system.

· Using tools and testing instruments to diagnose electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions.

· Installations, replace or repair equipment/components required

· Set system parameters to ensure optimum running condition

· Check refrigerant levels and charge as necessary

· Carry out leak test and carry our repairs

· Assistance in all size projects including large scale repair and new facility construction projects

· Monitoring job card assignment and getting job card done at the right time.

· Coordination with Data Entry in opening and closing of job card.

· Accurately and promptly fulfilling tenant’s request.

· Coordinate with tenants, co-staff, supervisors in the operational matters.

· Follow supervisor’s advice and guidelines.

· Attending emergency works (if any)

· Attending Qatar Airways arrival and individual arrivals

· Maintaining orderliness of compound and facilities

· Report any irregularities for immediate repairs and actions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR1,700.00 per month
