AC Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, and test HVAC and refrigeration systems, including split units, package units, ducted systems, and chillers.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance, including cleaning coils, checking refrigerant levels, and replacing filters.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in AC systems using appropriate tools and testing equipment.
• Repair or replace defective components such as compressors, motors, fans, thermostats, and control boards.
• Conduct troubleshooting for cooling issues, unusual noises, leaks, and system inefficiencies.
• Install and repair ductwork, insulation, and ventilation components.
• Ensure proper refrigerant handling in compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate service records, job reports, and material usage logs.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and provide timely solutions.
• Coordinate with supervisors, facility teams, and clients to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
• Follow all safety protocols, company policies, and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in AC maintenance and driving roles
• Ability to read and interpret HVAC schematics and shop drawings
• Familiarity with Dubai roads and traffic rules
• Basic communication skills in English (Hindi is a plus)
• Physically fit and capable of handling equipment and working in outdoor conditions
