AC Technician

Job Summary:

BHY Hospital is seeking a competent AC Technician responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of air-conditioning and refrigeration systems in hospital facilities. The role includes routine inspections, troubleshooting faults, preventive maintenance, maintaining service records, and ensuring safe handling of tools and equipment.

Responsibilities:

* Install, operate, maintain, and repair air-conditioning systems in hospital facilities.

* Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and timely repairs to prevent

system failures.

* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs in the

logbook.

* Coordinate with the engineering and maintenance team for system upgrades and

replacements.

* Identify faults, troubleshoot issues, and recommend corrective actions.

* Ensure safe handling of tools, equipment, and refrigerants in compliance with safety
standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

* Diploma / Certification in AC & Refrigeration from a recognized technical institute.

* Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience with split ACs (inverter/non-inverter),

refrigerators, and water dispensers.

* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

* Willingness to work rotational shifts and respond to emergency calls when required.
