AC Technician

Role Overview

The AC Technician and Assistant AC Technician are responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems. The Technician will handle technical tasks independently, while the Assistant will support in daily operations and learn on the job.

Key ResponsibilitiesFor AC Technician

• Install, service, and maintain AC systems including Split AC, Cassette, Ducted, and Package Units
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults
• Perform gas charging, leak detection, and compressor replacement
• Handle electrical wiring and control systems
• Conduct preventive maintenance and system inspections
• Ensure proper documentation of service activities

Candidate Requirements AC Technician

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HVAC / AC servicing
• Strong knowledge of AC systems and troubleshooting
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems
• Ability to work independently
