A/C Technician

We are looking for a skilled and reliable AC Technician to join our maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems to ensure a comfortable environment for guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems (split units, package units, FCU, AHU)
• Diagnose and repair air conditioning faults and breakdowns
• Monitor system performance and ensure energy efficiency
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance
• Respond promptly to guest and management maintenance requests
• Maintain proper records of work performed
• Ensure compliance with safety and hotel standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an AC Technician, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, and troubleshooting
• Ability to read technical manuals and diagrams
• Basic understanding of safety procedures and regulations
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Relevant technical certification is an advantage

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position
• Shift duty may be required
• On-call availability for emergency maintenance
