Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced AC Technician (HVAC Technician) to join our MEP team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of air conditioning and ventilation systems in residential, commercial, and industrial projects while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair split AC units, VRF/VRV systems, package units, ducted split units, and chilled water FCUs/AHUs.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system faults and perform corrective maintenance.
• Install refrigerant piping, drain piping, insulation, and HVAC accessories.
• Carry out testing, commissioning, and performance checks of air conditioning systems.
• Read and interpret HVAC drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure efficient system operation.
• Check refrigerant levels, electrical components, compressors, motors, and control systems.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other MEP trades to complete work on schedule.
• Follow company safety procedures and maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
• Prepare service reports and report any material or equipment requirements to the supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as an AC/HVAC Technician in MEP projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with split, ducted split, VRF/VRV, package units, AHUs, and FCUs.
• Ability to read HVAC drawings and electrical schematics.
• Good understanding of refrigeration principles and HVAC controls.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit and willing to work on construction and maintenance sites.
