Role: Driver cum A/C Technician

Role Overview

• A dual-function role responsible for safely operating company vehicles and performing skilled HVAC/Air Conditioning maintenance, installation, and repair work across branch locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair of split AC, Package Unit, VRF Unit and water cooled FCU.
• Troubleshoot of electrical wiring issues in AC unit.
• New installation of split AC, Package Unit, VRF Unit and water cooled FCU.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on AC units.
• Support and assistance of other MEP equipment.
• Diagnose and rectify electrical failure including lighting, power circuits, and control panels.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues on plumbing systems, including pumps, motors etc.
• Ensure all work is compliant with company standards and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
• Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and resolve issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Respond to emergency calls-outs and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly work reports.

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid driver’s license (appropriate for the branch location/vehicle type).
• Proven experience as an A/C or HVAC Technician.
• Technical diploma or certification in HVAC/Refrigeration is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and cooling systems.
• Clean driving record and good knowledge of local routes.

• A/C Technician: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License (Required)
