We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable HVAC Technician Instructor to deliver a comprehensive, hands on training program in Dubai. In this role, you will guide eager trainees from basic HVAC theory through to advanced commercial applications. If you have deep technical expertise in both residential and commercial systems and a passion for mentoring, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact on the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Curriculum Delivery: Deliver an engaging, hands curriculum covering HVAC fundamentals, the refrigeration cycle, residential AC unit maintenance, and complex commercial systems.
  • Practical Training: Lead trainees through extensive practical exercises using mock-up HVAC systems, manifolds, gauges, and advanced diagnostic tools.
  • Safety Leadership: Demonstrate and strictly enforce proper safety protocols, including electrical troubleshooting safety and the environmentally responsible handling of refrigerants.
  • Assessment & Evaluation: Monitor and assess trainee progress through regular practical projects and a final comprehensive exam.
  • Lab Management: Maintain a safe, organized, clean, and inspiring laboratory environment conducive to professional learning.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 5 to 7+ years of hands-on experience as a qualified HVAC Technician or Engineer.
  • Technical Expertise: Proven, deep expertise in both residential and commercial HVAC systems.
  • Core Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of the refrigeration cycle, diverse refrigerants, and advanced electrical troubleshooting.
  • Commercial Systems: Essential experience working with Chillers, Air Handling Units (AHUs), and Building Management Systems (BMS).
  • Local Standards: Solid understanding of local HVAC codes, regulations, and safety standards (e.g., DEWA).
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and clear practical demonstration abilities. Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or mentor is highly desirable.
