HVAC Engineer (Construction)

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Engineer with a strong construction background to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 4 years of UAE experience in HVAC systems for construction projects and be capable of supervising installation, testing, commissioning, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise HVAC installation works on construction sites.
• Review HVAC drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and other engineering disciplines.
• Ensure HVAC works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and UAE standards.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of HVAC activities.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support during project execution.
• Coordinate testing, balancing, commissioning, and handover of HVAC systems.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of UAE experience as an HVAC Engineer in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including chilled water, VRF/VRV, ducting, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Experience in installation, testing, commissioning, and site coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings and technical specifications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• UAE Driving Licence is an advantage.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
